Return & Refund Policy

At Zavie, we want you and your pets to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process in accordance with the terms below.


1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, regardless of their location worldwide.

To be eligible for a return, the request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and included items must be present
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Hygiene-sensitive pet products that have been opened or used

4. How to Request a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zavie is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.


7. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank
